Didn't arrive on day as promised despite waiting six hours. Next day drove off before agreed pick up time. Refused to give me money back.

I thoroughly enjoyed my experience with Spencer Recovery. I never go out of my way to leave reviews but in this case I felt compelled to. I wanted to sell my car, but my battery had died I needed a jump start. Spencer Recovery were very efficient in getting my car running again. And to my surprise offered me a better deal than I was previously given. I can honestly say they are now my go to for anything to do with cars.

He put me at ease because I didn’t know what to think, as I never used his service previously, not even word of mouth, I was going on blind and I’m so glad that I did! Can not fault the service offered by Spencer at Spencer Recovery Ltd - he is reliable, punctual, reasonably priced and capable. He is also a really nice guy and felt very safe after I was unable to collect my car and the breakdown service refused to help due to small print in policy. Thoroughly recommended - thank you
