Matt recently upgraded our business phone system. The switchover was seamless, and the service runs as smoothly as can be expected. The voice calls, through the new service, are crystal clear, and we can use our landline number on any of our mobile phones. We couldn't have wished for a better outcome!

We got in touch with Mat at 2:6 Comms regarding our internal phone system. We recently met with Matt to discuss our telecoms setup which is a core function to our business, with a view of moving our telecoms over to 2:6 communications.When we met with Mat he reviewed our current bill and was able to save us about a third off our bill each month. Mat is very knowledgeable about the products he supplies and was able to tell us all about the geeky features he knew we’d love as an IT company.In advance of the migration, Mat sent us all the relevant information including logins and details or where to download the softphone apps, as we don’t use traditional handsets.My biggest concern during migration was down time of our phone lines as this would have a serious impact on the service we provide to our customers but Mat reassured me that with a little planning the changeover would be seamless.He was right! The migration happened today and it was seamless without any noticeable downtime whatsoever.The whole experience has been a pleasure from start to finish and for that reason I’d be more than happy to endorse the services of 2:6 communications.

After being messed around by a certain well known supplier for broadband for our new office, we turned to 2:6 Communications. They were able to schedule an engineer within a reasonable timeframe, get it installed on time and all for a more reasonable price than I could get from any of the major providers. This was 5 months ago and it hasn't let us down. And this all with a highly personal and friendly service, would definitely recommend for any business telecoms.
