The Green House

Just got back from a 3 night stay at The Green House, and I am pleased to say that the staff here is some of the best I ever encountered. The entire reception went above and beyond (Iris was incredibly sweet and kind) trying to find a solution for the issue we had with our window, and though it wasn't able to be fixed while we were there, the staff was continually responsive and helped as much as they could in the matter. Considering we were there during a heatwave - it made things a little less comfortable, but we managed. The patio was one of my favorite spots. We had some drinks out there at night in the refreshing air. The beds were comfortable and our shower was a dream! The Green House is walking distance to town where you'll find many restaurants, bars, and shops. Great hotel for a few days in the area!

Went for Afternoon Tea, pretty standard. Quiche was raw.... watery eggs came flowing out of it when it was cut open. It was brought to the supervisors attention, who came and offered more cake, which was not what we wanted with a full afternoon tea of cake sat infront of us. He said he would bring back a cooked quich. 20 minutes later someone brought over another one. Which when cut into was still watery and raw.We have left without finishing the afternoon tea and gone to get some chips, at least we know that isn't going to give us a dodgy belly.

This is the second time we have stayed here and love the place. The staff are friendly, location is great and rooms are excellent. The team here cannot do enough for you .Food is lovely in the restaurant and they are very flexible in understanding dietary requirements.Lots of free parking onsite as well.We will be back !

The food is really great, I enjoyed every bit of my steak and chips. The service is okay too. The lady at the reception was very helpful. The room was okay, bed comfortable, shower room was okay as well. I would have preferred a bathrobe and slippers in my room, though.

A bright, beautifully decorated, airy hotel. Really comfortable bed, lovely room, flasks of milk instead of those awful little cartons, homemade biscuits, coffee machine in the room, lovely restaurant with superb food and a great variety of breakfasts. What's not to love?

We had Afternoon Tea at the Green House Hotel. One person in the party had special dietary requirements. The chef (Jamie) created special appetising treats that met the restrictions. The waiters were all lovely! Thank you everyone!

Good quality sandwiches,scones and cake for our afternoon tea.Service was polite,friendly and professional.The location is light, airy, clean and very comfortable .The price was very fair and good value for money.

DJ'd a super lively wedding at the Green House Hotel last night. Very professional staff and management. Hotel well maintained, everything on point. Nice sized function room. Good size of bar in the room". Access to outside area. Clean

I arrived today, purely for the afternoon tea experience.Staff and reception service was excellent, choice of food and tea selections were excellent and very tasty.Could not fault anything.Well done Green House for a 5 star all round service.Well deserved! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I have stayed in a lot of Bournemouth hotels and finally I have found one that I would be happy to return to.We had a double room on the second floor which was perfectly spacious and what I'm sure was a super kingsize bed, though only king size is in the room description. The room was well decorated and didn't feel tired. Had the weather been better, it might've got hot, but a fan was provided. We couldn't hear the wedding reception which took place on the Friday.Reception were slightly flustered by our early arrival.We didn't expect to check in early, just leave our bags, but soon got into our room. The rest of the 3 nights they were amazing and really helpful.I like that you can get fresh milk in a chilled thermos for the room.Breakfasts were great. We booked directly so it was included in our room rate. Lots of healthy and indulgent options.I have stayed in big hotel chains, including the big new one on the east side of town, and creaking traditional Bournemouth hotels over the years, but the Greenhouse is top of my list for a repeat visit,
