Charly is an amazing therapist!! I had a couple of reflexology sessions with her when I was in Chester and I felt so much better afterwards. Her studio is very clean, quiet and very easily accessible. Highly recommended!

I recently had two reflexology sessions with Charly because I was struggling with a sore toe. Her therapy room is lovely and comfortable, and I really enjoyed my sessions. My sore toe has gone a few days after my last treatment, so I am very pleased. Charly is great. I would highly recommend Sole Journey.

This is actually a review from my mother who has had wonderful treatment from Charly. The lymphatic drainage/ reflexology has had a positive effect on her ME/POTS and she feels increasingly stronger. Highly recommended. Charly has a lovely manner and the whole experience is wonderful.

I was blessed to have the most relaxing reflexology treatment I have ever experienced with the lovely Charly. This was a gift treatment from my eldest son who lives in Bournemouth, and goodness what a fabulous treat. Highly recommend, I am definitely returning, my foot and Indian head massage was indeed heaven, perfect, thank you sooo much.

Charly has treated me a few times for back pain. It’s surprising how effective Reflexology (working on my feet) can help with my back! Her treatment is very relaxing and is amazing at alleviating stress!

During my second pregnancy I was looking for ways to relieve pains and support my body holistically in preparation for birth. I was recommended reflexology with Charly and can honestly say that she became a core part of my pregnancy journey. As my bump grew she changed my position to suit me and always had a blanket or two for extra comfort!I highly recommend Sole Journey for relaxation, stress relief and to soothe aches and pains of pregnancy and beyond.
