Enterprise Car & Van Hire - Norwich Ber St

Never using enterprise again, they did not explain to my mother (the customer) what the term a total loss means (English is not their first language) which caused many a headache and car damages. She had to rent with enterprise because it was arranged by her insurance.Then to top it off they let her rent a car with scratched tyre rims, and she was recommended to pay an advance in case of damages upon driving (she didn't pay and barely drove), upon collection they claimed that there were damages, wow.So now they have to pay 146 instead (which she pays in angry compliance). She is very angry that they didn't explain to her properly and she was rushed, yet delayed by them at the same time. (Admin fee to process damages is 60 by the way!)Bad feelings, I don't want to rent a car. I will use a taxi, it is cheaper for this purpose.

Staff very helpful, Matt I think, lovely Nissan Quaski car, (I won't one but my Mrs won't buy me one). Glad they insisted on showing me the controls of the car as I don't think I would have even been able to get the electronic hand break off. Good experience all round for a first time renter. Excellent service. Nice little hire car when our car was in the garage. It was supposed to be back at the garage in the evening, but we needed it for the school run the next day so they let us keep it a bit longer and drop it back off in the morning instead. When I dropped it off the next day, they asked how I was getting home. When I told them I was taking the bus, they said they weren't too busy and offered to drive me home to Wymondham (25 minutes away) for no extra charge. Enterprise Ber Street, you have made my day - keep up the great service!

Beware of misleading information when renting from this company. I recently made two consecutive bookings on the phone for the same vehicle and was quoted a daily rate, however, when I received the invoice for the second booking the daily rate was almost double the first. I called their office looking for an explanation, and was told that this was due to dynamic pricing". I call it deliberately playing games to mislead consumers."

I have used Enterprise on Ber St a few times now. I have always received great service, their staff are really friendly and helpful.I recently returned a vehicle in the pouring rain, unable to book a taxi, I was kindly offered a lift to my next appointment. Which I really appreciated. Thank you
