Oxford City Urgent Care Centre
The name of this is misleading. The ‘urgent’ care provided is by appointment only, only for locals, and only booked by a local GP. God help you if (like me) you need the NHS outside of your home town. No wonder the A&E departments are overrun when you get turned away from other places.

The doctor on duty was amazing but as for the receptionist, my God Suzanne hemeridge needs to give up her day job! People are going through many things in the background and her JOB role is not to add to the problem. Zero people skills, condescending attitude and clearly not happy. Full stop. Learn some empathy

No times given n web. Turned up at 10h on a Saturday and closed. No opening times posted on door. NO PARKING.
