I have been working here since the end of last year now. The experience and opportunities have been amazing, and the support from other carers, aswell as the office is brilliant. I feel comfortable enough to speak my ideas and feel listened to. The only care company that I have been excited and happy about going to work for! Future Living Care supported my Mother to be cared for at home and recently to pass away at home. Staff provided excellent care, including intimate personal care and showed respect, empathy and compassion. In particular Danielle and Pauline were excellent at ensuring mum was aware of each action and stage of each task, as mum had poor hearing, was registered blind and suffered with increasing pain as bnearing end of life. I would thoroughly recommend this agency.

Future living care the company is brilliant all the staff are lovely I've only worked there for a couple of days and the girls and all the staff have made me feel welcome and all the clients are lovely. I would 100% trust this company with my loved ones they always go an extra mile for the clients
