I bought a new build property SG Windows installed the windows which do not provide adequate sound or draught exclusion. Company refused to fix issues which have been highlighted by an independant body. Absolute embarassment of a company.

I purchased a new build; the windows and external doors were installed by SG Windows. They're cheap quality and the customer service is non-existent. The majority of houses on our estate have had issues with the windows or doors, I don't actually understand why any house builder would choose to use them.To top it off, if you try to phone the customer service department no-one answers and it cuts to an awful noise which pretty much sums this company up!

Disgusting customer service. We bought a new build where SG fitted the windows; after highlighting problems, still being under warranty, we were basically told to go away! they refused to help / solve the issue. avoid at all costs!

These guys know customer service. Having been let down immeasurably by our house builder (a company that shall remain unnamed but who handed over a house with more than ten dozen snags), S G Windows took our problem upon themselves, despite being outside their standard construction firm warranty period. They replaced a pane of glass which had blown but also fixed broken hinges which our vendor had refused to address. Top quality service, thank you guys.
