After a hellish day stranded by awful RAC service on a miserable A14. I finally arrived on a flat bed truck not long before closing time. Expecting to be frowned at, I could not have been more wrong, all the guys were welcoming, kind and helpful. You went above and beyond to help me out and I can’t say how much I appreciated it! I didn’t get names but to you all and especially to the guy who stayed behind to manage my leasing company payment - you’re amazing!! Was then on my way on a dark, wet and miserable rest of my trip to Norwich, but thanks to you guys feeling totally safe!! Thank you so so much!! Would absolutely recommend!!

I visited at short notice with an emergency with my tyre pressure. Sam was able to assist me and got me back on the road well ahead of the arranged time when I had first arrived. Thanks to Sam I was able to get home in time to pick up my daughter when I feared I would not be able to. Excellent customer service and changed my perception of large chain vehicle maintenance centres.

Thank you to Lewis from your Huntingdon branch for his help this morning. It would have been very easy for him to say I needed brake pads replacing today. Instead he recommended that I wait a month and get them re-checked. Will definitely return.

Booked a work van in for tyres and brakes. One brake in particular was making a terrible noise and was clearly damaged. Was told they would fix the brakes the next day and I could pick it up after that. Left my number with a staff member and asked them to call me if there were any issues or delays.I didn't get a call, I also tried calling them a few times to check on their progress, but they never answered the phone, so I turned up 2 days later to collect the van.Once there, the same staff member told me that they had looked at the brakes, that there was nothing wrong with the them, and that it was just noisy and probably surface corrosion"Then another member of staff appeared and said "sorry we didn't have a chance to look at the brakes
