Compton House

The most wonderful dentist practice I have ever been with. All the staff are lovely and Phoebe the dentist I have is the kindest, most empathetic and efficient person you could wish to do your dental work. I feel totally in safe hands with her. I feel privileged to be a patient of this practice. Highly recommend!

Great service and treatment! All so friendly and accommodating. I may be long in the tooth, (pardon the pun) and have used many dentists over the years. Compton House by far the best I have had.

Always superb. The staff remember you. They are warm and friendly, chatty and funny. They are professional and thorough. It’s a busy dental practice, but it is clean and organised. They take time to explain things and they are very accommodating. I always feel happy to have visited - yes, I appreciate it’s a dentist lol. Personally I relax too much…

I was in pain but rang the practice at 9 am and I was sorted out by 9.40am! Fabulous! Eleanor the dentist was kind, sympathetic and very professional. Can’t recommend enough!! Thank you!

I cannot say enough about how good my experience with Compton House practice was. I've been a patient for over 10 years and they're always friendly and able to help.Even during these unpredictable times they have organised treatments and appointment amazingly well. Keep up the good work.

Quick and caring service would have like more time too go over plans for dentist treatment and have a full check which I through I was paying for not just my filling

Felt the need to share my experiences with this practice over the past 12 years. Nothing but praise for those I have interacted with. Even been seen during the covid pandemic.My son couldn't get to see his orthodontist so they agreed to and organised new retainers. WOULD recommend on all levels. Go Compton house team.

Absolute joke of a dentist! Keeps cancelling my appointments last minute and it’s impossible to get another that suits you! Sort it out!

Great dentist!Joined as NHS patient and didn't have to wait too long for an appointment. They kept the appointment (didn't cancel last minute like another local practice). Dentist was lovely and very professional. Returned for a (private) scale and polish. Again, very punctual, friendly and happy with the treatment.

This is the A dentist to avoid more than covid 19. The lack of respect it shows for its customers is so disrespectful words cannot explain. All I would suggest is anyone who can afford to find a new dentist do it and let Compton house dentist Pencoed go through. The 3 dentists who own this don’t deserve the privilege.This way we can replace them with a dentist that understands customer needs and customer service. Ensuring the local community has the healthiest mouths in Bridgend. Get seen when needed.Please Spend your money where people care about you!This is the only review I have ever written but so annoyed by today, I feel I need to share as I would hate anyone else to feel this frustration I am feeling.
