Edwards Homes Oakley GrangeWe I recently embarked on the exciting and often daunting journey of purchasing our first home, and it wouldn't have been as seamless and enjoyable without the invaluable assistance of Yvonne from Edwards Homes. Even though we did not have to buy a new home from Oakley Grange, we stopped by to have a look, and we were very fortunate to have met Yvonne. The kindness, patience, genuineness, and enthusiasm we felt were enormous, and she has been an integral part of the home-buying process ever since.From that initial visit to the property until the moment we received the keys to our new home, she demonstrated unparalleled professionalism, unwavering patience, and an incredible depth of knowledge about anything and everything in relation to the process. Moreover, Yvonne went above and beyond in explaining each step of the home-buying process, patiently addressing our questions and concerns, which greatly alleviated any anxieties we had as first-time buyers. Whenever we needed help, she was there for us without a second thought! We are very grateful to Yvonne’s unwavering commitment and expertise; Edwards Home is fortunate to have such an outstanding individual representing them, and this is a mutual experience for many of the home buyers we met in Oakley Grange who dealt with Yvonne.Regarding the house itself, it had several snags, predominately concerning the interior finishing, woodwork, paintwork, joinery, and cosmetic aspects. Geraint and his team have attended to sort out several of them relatively quicker, though, which we are grateful for. Also, we seem to have an issue with excessive water retention in the garden (hard to assess on this, as we moved in October). At the moment, we have large puddles on the turf, suggesting an issue due to either soil composition or drainage. They may need to adapt a sustainable water drainage strategy around the development, which will benefit the majority of homeowners.Additionally, we also want to thank Trish and Geriant for their continuous support and professionalism, which they showed whenever we needed advice or help. We thank you all for making our dreams of homeownership a reality.

Right from the start of purchasing my new build home The office staff and in particular Trish were professional, Knowledgable and helpful. Guiding me through the process from start to finish. Trish always took the time to explain things in detail and was always very prompt in replying to E Mails and telephone calls about any questions I had.The build was completed on time and schedule with regular updates on progress.Moving in and handover was exemplary. Trish took her time explaining everything in detail as I said before.The build is of a very high standard and I would highly recommend Edwards Homes should you be looking for a new build property..

I purchased my house in May 2022 and moved in in December 2022. The sales team were absolutely fantastic and supported to completion. After sales was equally as good. Had a couple of small issues with the house as is expected of a new build, but the workmen were responsive and attended to all concerns promptly. Customer care was good.Almost a year now and I love my house

Houses not built to spec, poorly finished within, after sales only interested in decoration but not willing to discuss fixing larger issues.Serious safety problems created by Edwards with after sales just shouting at the customer that everything is fine.Avoid buying from this company.Photos, cctv and evidence available to anyone who does bot believe.

Lovely sales team, very helpful and friendly.The day that they handed the keys, they ensured all the irregularities were sent across to main office (which is also very easy to reach and with quick response to emails) and dealt with within a week.They have a range of different house types Kempton was our choice, house is very spacious and the position of the rooms and bathrooms is very comfortable, no flooring provided however we feel like it is for the best that we could arrange for our own rather than having to stick with what is usually offered or pay extra for re-decorating, basically a clean canvas that you can play around and decorate how you wish.Glad we’ve moved to our brand new 1st home without any hassle.
