Came for a bite to eat with my partner, both chose food from Baby Jewel. His dirty fries were fine however, unfortunately my Dirty Naanchez had completely raw chicken. I did flag the employee up but she wasn’t very helpful and said that it was “impossible”. We then asked for a refund and she came back and told me about speaking to her manager. So I asked whether the manager would be at the vendor, didn’t get much of a reply so I went and looked for this manager. Thought I’d found them but it was the manager of Acropolis who was much nicer and concerned hearing of raw food, even when I was explained it was actually Baby Jewel who had served me. I went back to my table and the Baby Jewel server seemed keen to get rid of my plate but I said not to because the Acropolis manager had asked to see it. After that, he kindly gave me a complementary gyros for the inconvenience and gave me a cash refund. Thankful that he was much better at communicating with me and making sure I got edible food! Didn’t see the Baby Jewel employee again who I don’t think was going to rectify the situation and just disappeared. Disappointed by the customer service from Baby Jewel but pleased by Acropolis’s

I recently visited Resident X with some friends. Not the best experience for me. My order from Acropolis food vendor did not turn up unfortunately. All other members of our party received theirs in a reasonably time (from the other food vendors) so I went back to counter to investigate. There had been a mix up I was told. It will be a few minutes. 20 mins later my friends had all finished their food and drinks and I still had no food. When I enquired again I was met with a very rude response. Server was more interested in filling delivery bags for Just Eat etc and snapped at me that he had already told me that my order was coming. When I tried to explain that this had been quite a while before, this was again met with rudeness. Unfortunately our group had commitments elsewhere so we had to leave. I asked for a refund and after a further delay, receive this from a manager who had to be called. Shame, as the food my friends received looked good. I will not hurry back.

Nice having a place like this in Aberdeen. Music was blasting and the tables were tiny. A very odd atmosphere but still reasonably nice.Had the Pluck wings and they were nice but lacking in flavour of what they were meant to be.

lovely atmosphere, feels very friendly and welcoming. our cocktails made by freya tasted and looked amazing and freya gave us fast customer service. would 100% recommend, we will be back.

Lovely place. 3 different bars serving different kinds of drinks. 4 different restaurant stalls serving Indian, Greek, burgers and chicken wings Speciality. Greek veg wrap was awesome. Located inside Marischall Square and easy to find. Recommended place.

Myself and my partner recently had our wedding reception here after getting married at Marischal college just across the street. The managers at resident x made planning the party so effortless and easy and the staff were extremely accomodating to us! I wasn’t sure if having a booking for 30-40 people would be possible but you guys made it so stress free. Communication coming up to the wedding date was excellent, they closed off a large section of the venue for us so we had our own space and the man working on the day even set up our wedding decorations for us. We cannot recommend Resident X enough for food/drinks (especially for a function like a wedding reception!!) and have had compliments from all of our guests on our choice of venue as everyone really enjoyed how chill it was. Thank you guys again for all of your help and making our day so special!!

Organised a reunion here. It's one of the better places in city centre that was able to cater for such a large group. (40+ guests we had) Everyone had a great time. It's modern, cool and a breathe of fresh air for Aberdeen. The food outlets were good, with a clever system for ordering and receiving. Great idea. The cocktails are well presented. With the two bars - there were drink menus to please all tastes and preferences. The staff were very accommodating, polite and helpful and really took time to understand our needs. Live music, an added bonus. Shout out to Kyle and Hannah, thanks again. Highly recommend this place.

Nice concept and place, unique in Aberdeen. We tried the Greek chicken gyros, although not authentic, was good enough. Will visit again to try the other 3 cuisines.

Great concept of different types of street food brought together in one venue ,add in a vibrant cocktail bar and its a great place to have a fun meal with family or friends , we were there on a Sunday lunchtime and tried the Indian , Greek and Fried chicken meals and loved them all especially the gyros , will definitely be back

Very good atmosphere in the venue with great layout and design. The drinks are good but the selection isn't great. This place could be one of aberdeens biggest venues if positive changes are made and regular event days and nights. Recently has just become under new management and look forward to seeing the changes that are made and wish the new management all the best in making this place as good as its potential
