Twice I've been in recently and both times staff have been really helpful. However returned following day to return an item that was flimsy and did not work. Asked for refund and the guy was very awkward with me and made me feel like a criminal. He insured I had a replacement item. I stood my ground and eventually got a refund so I could buy a better quality item elsewhere.

Rang the day before after looking for a toffee wheel, this was the only place that had them, same price as you'd find online and they put one back for me, next day collected no issues. Polite and helpful staff. Will definitely make the trip again to visit this store.

Phoned they had the item we needed, they had one and kept it behind the counter for us. Everything was Covid friendly, contactless payment and off we went. Staff friendly and helpful, there is customer parking there too.

I wentInto the shop today, just for some advice on a petrol generator I bought 2nd hand,, the guy I spoke with told me, because it wasn't one of there's, he basically told me to p**s off,,, very arrogant & rude behaviour.
