Great service here. Replaced a diamond on my engagement ring, good communication and went above and beyond to locate a suitable replacement which was very nicely set. Also replaced a watch strap. Both times I've been impressed with the staff and the prices.

Absolutely love it here! Such a great selection of beautiful jewellery for all occasions, bought my mother a gorgeous bracelet from here for her birthday and she absolutely adores it. It's so handy that he repairs and resizes here too! Brilliant service, the staff really listen to your needs and are so helpful. Would definitely recommend it!

I visited les Harris yesterday to have my ring valued, what a lovely warm welcome we had, a beautiful quaint shop, very friendly reception, service was second to none, they were so helpful and they even cleaned my ring, i would definitely recommend them, my daughter needed earnings so whilst we were there i bought her 2 pairs and she loves them, I will definitely return, thank you so much!

Absolutely love this jewellers. Had many items over the years, most recently bridesmaid necklaces and wedding rings. Also he repairs and resizes here. Fantastic service and excellent understanding of their customers needs. Frodsham wouldn't be the same without this jewellers.
