Brand new S7 phone still not working 8 days since purchase! Repeatedly told give it another day and it should work. No it does not, no texts, no calls and no mobile data to even give this review. Having to use the other S7 phone bought at the same time. Even with a free temporary sim card with data, guess what it still doesn't work! Once back locally next week it's going straight back. No one seems to be bothered about it in there. 0 out of 5.

My review on Vodafone will be on their small wireless box and customer serviceWhen moving to a new house my broadband was terrible and having fibre installed would take about a month so I decided to pop down to my local pcworld and look at other options. Some nice guy showed my a small wifi box from vodafone for 50gb, looks great with loads of data and he said once my fiber comes in I can cancel it. All sounded pretty good really.After bringing the box in, it worked for the first 3 days then just completly stopped working and I was on the phone everyday to the most irritating call center who kept telling me to turn it off and on again and to this day the box still doesnt work properly! was a complete waste of time!On calling to cancel I was passed around numerous departments were everyone seemed very incompetent and in the end managed to get someone who then cancelled my account.a month on I had a look at my bank statements and sneakily Vodafone had taken out £200!!! from my account!!I would avoid the company like the plague they dont really seem interested in understanding anything and the com;lains guy just wanted to continue bleeting on about compensating me for the £30 charge a month when my actual problem was the £200 deduction from the bank account. They can never understand the issue if its complicated.If you are getting a simple plan and dont expect to have any problem then I guess they are ok but I would avoid them like the plague. I have just decided that I would rather part with my now £170 than have to deal with another vodafone moron again.Sorry I would of given this a 0 star but the form requires I give atleast a 1

Popped in to the Falmouth store whilst down on holiday to sort an issue with the wife’s phone. Matt dealt with us. Very helpful, very friendly. Was able to resolve the issue and managed to get set up on a new tariff and saved us plenty of money on both mobile and home broadband. Everything dealt with very efficiently with nice friendly service. Great in-store experience.

Horrendous customer service experience at this store this afternoon and Vodafone in general since the start of October. Despite being the only customer in the store neither Chris the store assistant manager or his underling (Ryan, perhaps) we're prepared to assist me. They were both very abrupt with a not our problem" attitude to after sales care. A terrible face to the business. I'm sure if I was in to buy a new hand set or renew a contract it would have been very different.I simply wanted to change my direct details from one bank to another. I tried calling there 191 "self-service" number and after two different agents on two separate occasions told me that they had changed the details

Whilst on holiday recently , we needed help with using our new phones . We were assisted by a lady named Sophia . She was beyond helpful , so kind , courteous , knowledgeable and extremely patient . Vodafone should be very proud , having this young lady as part of their organisation , a real pleasure to deal with .
