Have been dealing with DBFB for a few months now setting up a new phone system and also a new internet connection for new premises coming online shortly. So far all of the dealings I have had have been positive and the staff i have been dealing with are both knowledgable and professional.

My experience with DBFB has been far from happy, firstly reporting slow broadband speeds and billing issues nothing happened. Even following the calls up with letters prompted no response ! Customer service from the mobile team isn't much better, during the credit crunch I enquired about altering my mobile contract to save money. I was repeatedly told we will call you back with the available options, no calls came even after speaking to a director. Finally following this up with a letter also gave no response.When going direct to a mobile provider I have been able to alter contracts easily in the past. Just waiting for the end of my contract as they wont release my PAC code without an upfront termination fee, even with only two months remaining. This is very poor since all my business mobile requirements have been with them since 2011.I will not be recommending them to anyone !!

We have just signed for our 6th years there maybe cheaper. But these guys are the best. Even when the wife's forgets to turn off her data, Colin got it sorted. Would recommend to any small or large business.

This company manages phones for its clients. But when their clients leave or end their contract, then the phones are sold on to Ebay sellers. The phones are sold on to Ebay sellers (without removing the security lock on the phone). I was sold a phone via Ebay, but it was still registered to DBFB. They claimed that the phone was 'stolen'. They did not want to remove the security lock. I paid for the phone. This company is operating some kind of Ebay phone scam.

I would have said that DBFB was very good for small businesses as I had a local contact who has since left the company and things just seemed to go downhill after that. However I have moved my account and that process couldn't have been worse! Weeks to get a PAC code and then had to involve one of the directors. Requested that they cancel the SIM card for iPad and it didn't happen. No response to emails!

Poor communication and rude staff. Enquired about theuir services and was treated unprofessionally. I would not recommend this company.
