Never purchase anything from them. I've ordered 4 king size mattresses waiting for 4 weeks now not a clue if i will ever receive my mattresses. Rubbish customer service not helpful. They don't even start return process!!!

Do not purchase from hear, they do not sell to British trading standard, expect x5 the delivery they say and the customer service are scammers. I had 3 different mattress guru staff tell me completely different reasoning why it is late. I.e technical issues, missplaced shipping lable hasnt been shipped... Stay away discusting company, B&Q should be ashamed of supporting such a company

Absolutely not worth time and money. Defective mattresses, rude customer service, unprofessional and unhelpful. Don't ever purchase anything from them. So called company director very rude, won't let me speak, doesn't care about customers and tried to charge me if he decided that the mattress I wanted to return is not Defective enough. Absolute joke!!!!! I would never recommend getting anything from them even if it was free!!! My daughter still suffers back pain since they refused to exchange my mattress and then made me wait 2 months for collection!!!

Do not buy from this company! You will be sent products that are not the highest of qualities as you think! You’re unable to return your item for refund and passed around and ignored! Terrible customer service! Do not buy!! Avoid this company!!
