Went for a work function. All facilities great. Water is shallow so for non swimmers makes it more reassuring than other parks.

Great trip to Reading Aquapark today. Staff were so friendly and approachable. Activity was fabulous !!! Food was delicious and great value for money. I'd read quite a few negative reviews but pleased to say my family and I had a great time and will definitely be back !!!

Staff absolutely fabulous and a credit to the place. Were well looked after, safety talks held before kids were let loose on the inflatables. As I didn't participate was able to observe other activities and all were well supervised. From reading a previous review that mentions the age of the staff, I think this is irrelevant, they all were attentive and professional. Will definitely be returning!

Jet bike experience very good. Safe to use. Instructor sat behind until felt confident you ok in bike and the course. My only negative by not giving 5 stars was told their was lockers by reception check in staff.Changing room open plan but fairly tidy, 2 showers open plan again but hot. Yes there was lockers which don't lock!! You the customer have to provide your own lock and key. Shouldn't have to. Felt apprehensive leaving valuables in a unlocked locker. So suggest you take one If no spectators in your group. Car park was free on our visit recently. Buoyancy aids look new or looked after. Would revisit with a lock and key.

Booked the aqua park for the family including a 10 and 8 year old. They all really loved it and want to go back. Hired wetsuits for the kids, the water was quite warm at 21 so not essential but helps. There are lockers for use, which you can get s profit for £3 or you could take your own. Facilities were good including lots of wooden tables, bar area, snacks, drinks and ice creams Would definitely recommend it as fun activity.

Just went to have a look around today, but will defo be booking up to have a go! It looks sooo much fun! Lots of seating area and food & drink! Great place! Lots of fun! Perfect for people watching! haha

Excellent place for a day out jet skis are so much fun along with the dirt buggys. Lovely place to chill and excellent food.

Amazing experience.The Staff were so helpful.Very good place to take the family. I do recommend booking online as it's very difficult to book anything there as staff are understandably busy looking after the safety of everyone and running the place very well.

We had a brilliant day out here, the level of service from the staff is really first class. The lady in charge couldn't do enough for us, including taking a picture and taking our food order before we went onto the inflateables so it was ready when we got back! All of the staff were friendly and helpful. Highly recommend it!
