I took my dog in to have his nails cut, which he's petrified of and loses control of his bowels. The nurse was really sympathetic and so lovely with him. She was lovely.

Friendly reception, welcoming Nurse who took an interest in my puppy. Vet took an interest in my puppy. Had questions regarding puppies appearance (I.e Ribs were showing) which was answered.

Took great care of my cat. Staff all friendly and helpful.

I walked in requesting an appointment at 9:00am to be booked in for 3:40pm. The receptionist was ever so friendly and helped me get my dog onto the scales (which I definitely needed help with!). The vet was friendly, knowledgeable about Bailey and was happy to offer some help even though my appointment was not arranged for this reason. A lovely group of people

Terrible way to treat disabled people . Went in for a final review on our dog which was all clear and free of charge mentioned my dogs ears itching so they then charged us another consultation fee and ear drops resulting to £67 . Talk about day light robbery

My daughter made an appointment for them to check our a stray kitten, that she had been looking after. They were 7 minutes late for the appointment due to heavy, rush hour traffic. They point blank refused to see the cat! So much for being animal lovers. My daughter is concerned about the cats health, this vets quite obviously do not really care about animals.

Took my cat in for an appointment as he has gotten very ill very quickly and it seemed like all they wanted to do was put him down rather than make the effort to do some tests to see if he could be helped. The vet was trying to tell us what we could and could not do with our pet and kept insisting we had him put to sleep rather than make the very short journey to an animal hospital (20 mins) for further treatment. When they agreed to let us take him they made us wait 35 mins in the waiting room, in which time we could've been at the hospital, while they filled out paperwork and subsequently locked the door to the clinic room. Almost seemed like they were taking him hostage. We did, reluctantly, have to put him to sleep as he didn't respond well to treatment but at least we were given the choice at the hospital which is more than I can say for Vets4Pets.I would avoid this vets and find somewhere more friendly and respectful.

First visit to Vets4Pets Redditch, was vastly cheaper than the vet I use for my dog (we have a new cat) and we were well looked after. Absolutely delighted. Thank you.

I have been registered with this vets for a long time and have always been a loyal customer. My vet Sonia is really good thus when I moved 20 miles away I stayed registered despite the 1hr and 20minutes round trip. However today I took my dog for his booster jab and due to an accident on the motorway I was 6 minutes late and the nurse refused to see us. I understand that there is a lateness policy however on this occasion there was no one else waiting and it was clearly being used as a matter of principle rather than for valid reason. The vets has completely lost its personal customer focused service that it used to have and is now run as an impersonal conveyer belt business. For that reason after 10 years I will be changing my vets.

Absolutely appalling behavior, 8 years I’ve been using this vets and yesterday proved the behavior and attitude of Laura, moody receptionist and today SoniaThis practice shouldn’t be allowed as this particular place have had numerous bad reviews on Facebook and googleI attended yesterday, young receptionist (think grace) lovely welcoming knows dogs names polite and outgoing but the vet rude and scared of my dog (stuffy the licks a lot) needs ear draining recurring problem last 8 years they still ain’t got to the bottom of itThey wanted 77 quid took 2 min for drain 49 quid drops 14 steroidsMy other dog got neutered for less than this and was there all day!I mention this to other receptionist and was spoken down to and out right rude this grumpy mare has the cheek to say it is what is and surely I can afford it!I casually said this poster that’s says don’t be rude to staff works both ways now the witch came out in her stormed off and spoke to vet!I’m for fair pricing this is too much and her response was tough prices have gone upI have spoken to Sonia today and told Sonia I will be leaving and going elsewhere as the staff minus couple gems they have are not worth being employed representing her ethos and vets4pets mission statementI wasn’t rude and have 2 witnesses who have agreed with this members of staff behavior was unacceptable and rude these two people have decided to go elsewhere after discussing with them
