Horrible horrible horrible..i waited over a month for my adapter sd card and when it finally arrived the card didnt even fit!!! I WASTED my, correction KEPLE wasted my time and money!!! So furious..i ended up deciding to buy another one since nobody elsee sold the card i needed and demanded my money back...finally i got a refund..the card works..Idk

I've never dealt with a more incompetent company before. I placed an order for a 12V 2A centre negative power adapter - their site lists about 5 of these.I was told I would get the item in a couple of days - it didn't arrive. I emailed them and they sent a new one out. This arrived quickly but it was centre positive.I sent an email to Keple explaining they had sent the wrong adapter to me - I had ordered a centre negative one. For some reason they explained to me that they don't do centre positive ones. I had just been sent a centre negative one. I explained again that I wanted a centre negative one. They then told me they don't do centre negative ones even though their site lists multiple centre negative adapters.For a company that should know what polarity is, it's absolutely shocking to me that they couldn't grasp the concept. What a waste of time. Go elsewhere
