We took our eldest pup here for his first groom and were over the moon when they gave us a certificate with a photo and fur attached together with his name and date of first groom. Imagine our disappointment when we took our second pup and on collection were told they had no certificates and I could pick it up next time. So no fur saved from first groom and no photo, Maybe it's a marketing ploy to get customers to go back a second time, it hasnt worked

This small business is incredible! They are extremely talented and my pooch always looks 100% when leaving their grooming salon after every visit, she loves going and runs into the shop every time we go, the staff are patient and friendly and reassured my dog momma worries about her on her first visit! I can’t recommend them enough!

Rang up and got an appointment next day, as i had been let down by somebody. Friendly staff and noting was too muchGreat service came out like a new dog would definitely recommend and booked him in again that day.

The girls at The Fur Collective were great with my Bernese Mountain Dog. They were one of the very few dog groomers in Blackpool which would accommodate such a large dog. He has been nervous at other groomers in the past, but they took the time to make sure he was comfortable throughout it all. He still smells lovely and it’s been 4 days since the groom (even after lots of walks). Me and Bear will definitely be back!

Friendly people and they took so much care of my fur baby, my dog is usually very nervous of new people and she seemed very calm and happy, I am happy with the end result of her grooming service she looks very cute

Excellent service from The Fur Collective Grooming Parlour…. My little cocker spaniel had been to two groomers prior but didn’t receive the cut I was looking for. The girls here at Fur Collective really listen to your requirements and so good with the dogs. 5 star treatment. From now on we won’t be going anywhere else ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
