Picked up an order at Leeds IKEA store...staff were very helpful and gave clear instructions. All of the procedures were easy to follow and contact free.

Not been to IKEA for ages and not much has changed other than travelling half a mile to a secluded storage unit and waiting in a long queue for the chair I had already bought in store. Once home it was a challenge to put together but now is just the job and reasonably priced.

Poorly sign posted. Instructions not clear. Email link to order logs you out when phone screen locks so you need to log in again. It's not made clear where you are supposed to park and wait while they pull your order together. The collection bays aren't easily visible from the main car park. No paper copy of the order given to show what boxes should be with the order as there is a different number of boxes from that listed on the email confirmation.On the positives, it was quiet as we got there early and the order was ready quickly.

Great that they pick your order for you and load it onto a trolley, shame when you get home you find only 2 out of the 3 boxes have been given to you despite the numbers clearly labelled on the boxes.

Collected from here a few times now, staff are always very pleasant and boxes loaded on to a trolley for me to wheel out to the car. Service always quick, don’t even think I was there 5 minutes this last time. No complaints!

not the best, was waiting at reception for 10 mins, no one else there, then got told your item is on the forklift so be another 10-15 mins , good product and staff were pleasant though
