Went local to buy blinds as believe in supporting local business but service has been appalling. Appreciate that Covid has caused disruptions but no contact re updates. Orders lost, blinds wrongly made and did not fit. No apologies, still waiting for finished blinds. Now been waiting since November 2020. Friends ordered new blinds after lockdown and had blinds fitted within 4 weeks. Quick enough in taking deposit but absolutely no customer service and no response to written complaint.

Bought lovely blinds for the conservatory from this company, and they are lovely. However fitting, dreadful. Brackets held up with one screw instead of four, some brackets not even at the right height. Contacted the company and they sent the same guy out, said he needing more brackets, went away and never seen again. Just been right round and installed them properly myself ( no new brackets needed). If you buy here, fit them yourself.

Stewart’s blinds did an excellent job measuring manufacturing and fitting blinds in our property. The service was seamless from start to finish. After shopping around for prices Indecided on Stewart’s blinds as the price was competitive and the service was good. I’m glad we went with them and I have recommended to friends.

Randy is a good guy, he knows his stuff and is not pushy. Price is competitive. Ordered blinds, came within specified time and were put up fast, neatly and good. We enjoy them and they look good too. Pete was good help too.
