Utterly useless. Every department you speak to is completely incompetent or just passes you to another incompetent department.I genuinely don't understand what my tax contributions go towards with them.They're allowing our neighbours to completely destroy the look of our road, they've allowed unsafe walls, they've allowed them to destroy the verge outside our house, they're allowing their builders to work outside of the legal hours, they don't seem to have any care about the quality of work the builders are doing, etc.

Have up to now phoned 4 times for the same thing. I paid too much council tax and am trying to claim it back. Staff are extremely unfriendly, unhelpful. I’ve had to explain my story each time I call in as no one seems capable of taking notes. No explanation, excuses. Just - please call back if you’ve not heard from us. I doubt anyone reads these messages based on all the negative feedback on here.

Issued me a Penalty Charge Notice that's very clearly not within the breach of the restriction" that they state was in place.Utterly incompetent - the letter that I have recently received from them has various grammatical errors. Like receiving correspondence from a primary school-aged child.Also
