GAME

Paid for a game today got home. There was no cartridge in there. I’m calling about an hour to try and get hold of them to let them know and they’re not picking up at all.

They advertise a game at £39.99 then when you want to buy it they say the price is £54.99.No one you can call aa it's all done 'online'!Seems GAME is linked to Sports Direct, so no wonder there's a lot of post sake barriers.Not the individual staff members fault, as they're only following orders from above, but very bad level of customer service by the company..

The staff in Game are always very friendly and have gone above and beyond to help me whenever I needed assistance. Great crew. Highly recommended.

Visited early Saturday morning before the main rush. The shop was clean tidy and well presented. All offers were clearly displayed. Once I entered a member of staff approached me and asked if I needed any help with anything. I didn't but was nice to be asked. I selected my items and approached the till. The staff member was friendly and helpful and managed to find my old game Carson the system so that was useful. Great experience will be back when I require more items.

Game Redhill is amazing >>> ESPECIALLY Samyesterday I bought a lot of lego kits not knowing about the reward card so I accepted and gave my details to set that up. Whilst setting up Sam suggested I upgrade to Elite Club and at that point thought uh oh Hard Sell but quite the opposite. Sam went onto explain with everything I had bought I would earn £3 in points for regular. however, with the Elite Club would get around £60 in points instead. Without knowing it I would never had known. After completing the sale I was panicking about how on earth i'm going to carry 3 very large bags upto my car. I asked the Shop staff if they had a loading bay but it turned out they don't. It was at this point Sam said are you going after this home and I confirmed that and he offered to carry all the bags to my Car !!!! I nearly fell over never in my whole adult life have I seen such an amazing gesture towards a customer honestly amazing. Nothing was too much for him so positive and an excellent Store Manager. He carried the heavy bags all the way up to the parking area and put them in the back for me.There are so many of us so quick to complain but very slow to compliment.Thank you so much Sam it was very much appreciated.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff, but a bit pricey.

Son wanted a new game for PS4 chose a game only to be told out of stock. Disappointed child take the cases off the shelf if game not in stock!!

Unorgansied and unprepared to do what they advertise. The store manager says being a Monday morning we can't do a trade in" purely because she doesn't hold enough cash .what kind of a store does she run? It's advertised online and all over their shop that they can trade in phones yet she won't as can't afford to... Well done manager. Well done"
