The hotel has a great location, at a walking distance from Gatwick south terminal. I have stayed many times and the reception staff is always very nice and helpful. They handle issues very quickly which is great (I had a broken safe and the technician was in my room to change it within a few minutes). If you are lucky enough to stay in a family room, the bathroom is great and it has a bath which makes the whole experience more relaxing. The downside would be that some rooms have really noisy fans in the bathroom which could be annoying when you sleep (although it it's too annoying the staff will gladly help you to move room). Also, you can hear very easily the people in the room next to you or whatever happens in the corridor which is annoying when you're trying to sleep. Overall it's still a great hotel !

Very good value! Would recommend. ;)Large Rooms that are new looking, chic and stylish with a comfortable bed and lush bedding. I would definitely stay here again.First time navigating to the hotel can be difficult from the airport, but basically just follow the signs. Once you're in the South Terminal parking garage, it's down to the lower level. Covered walkways to get to the building, but a very chilly walk in winter!Lots of different places to eat and drink at the hotel and in the airport. Felt extra safe with a new door locking mechanism they've installed and keyed lifts access.

We regularly use this hotel when we travel. Staying here before we travel really takes the stress out of the whole airport process and really sets you up well for your holiday. We tried the bloc hotel last year and much prefer the Hilton.The location is perfect with a short walk through a tunnel (Level 1) and one elevator (Level 2) to the terminal.The receptionist was efficient and got us checked in very quickly. Checking out we used the express checkout - we dropped the room key in the drop off box which is conveniently enroute to the terminal, just before the tunnel from reception.The room we had looked like it had just been refurbished. It was very comfortable and clean.

Great location a few minutes walk ( via a multi storey car park ! ) from the terminal and train station.The hotel has been renovated and redecorated, so it feels modern and clean.Helpful staff.And great breakfast buffet.

Check in was smooth and quick. Room is nice and cozy I like it when you don't have to use card for electricity. But I think they're not paying enough attention before checking in. No tissue in the room had to grab from toilet roll. No slipper, hate it when having to wearing my uncomfortable daytime shoes all the time.A staff (housekeeping?) entered my room second day morning without knocking or saying anything. I was still half sleeping, really scared at the very first instant. they did said sorry and went out at once. But please don't do this anymore.Breakfast was nice, good taste and wide range. Could improve a bit on scrambled eggs and fry egg, scrambled is a bit dry and fry stayed outside for too long.Overall, still a decent hotel near Gatwick Airport.

Super hotel. Staff were welcoming and friendly in reception, as was the Concierge. Aeron, my waiter in the restaurant was efficient and attentive over dinner and the breakfast staff were also very friendly.My room was modern, clean and spacious with a lovely bathroom with nice towels and toiletries.As a woman travelling alone I felt safe and comfortable throughout my stay

Busy airport hotel, but we had a top floor room and it was quiet. Staff in the spots bar were helpful, switching to F1 coverage for us, once the football finished. Lots of others then joined to watch the race.The food in the restaurant was not great, but certainly not bad, but for the money, not great value.Main reason to stay....walk straight into the terminal early in the morning..

The hotel staff, the room and the breakfast were all excellent. The staff went over and above to assist me in locating a taxi, in which I lost something very very important. I fully recommend staying here to catch a flight. There was also a Christmas gala being hosted and it looked like everyone was having a blast, but unfortunately I wasn't an employee of their company.

It was a nice rest stay after a long flight. Bed super comfy and pillows were like clouds. We arrived quite late and we are a bit disappointed that there was no where in the hotel to eat after such a long flight. We arrived about 12:30 this morning and the young lad on reception wasn't very welcoming but the man on reception at breakfast time was very friendly and greeted us with a smile and showed great customer service on check out. The breakfast was amazing compared to other hotels I stayed in. 5* breakfast and I loved the layout of the breakfast room.

My friend and I had a great night's stay here. Beds are comfortable,rooms were clean and tidy. Shower was great. Water,Tea and coffee provided. Just a 5min walk to South terminal, we took our bags to be checked in at the BA port at 8pm for our flight at 9.30am so no queues in the morning that was a plus! Overall a great stay over and would definitely recommend to all.
