I fully apologize for the last review, it was meant to be 5 stars because of the help and advice from Lisa who I've known for a number of years, the bodyshop she recommended was very helpful.

Excellent and personable service, very professional, great communication and above and beyond in terms of customer care.I dealt with Nigel and received continuity as I was not in the local area and had purchased a vehicle known to the garage. He arranged collection of the vehicle from the seller, MOT, repair, replacements etc. He supported me to register the vehicle online in my name and get the paper work in order.I travelled via train to collect the vehicle and he collected me from the station and was flexible due to train delays. He offered me refreshments and guided me to the motorway for my journey home.

Excellent Garage as we Originally Started with his Father's Garage & after his Father' retired his Son has taken Over.I believe in total now of 15 year's Servicing & MOT on Both of our Cars' always a call if a problem or parts needed.Very Happy with Service definitely would recommend.Many thanks David H

It seems gone are the good old days when you could book your car in for a service and it be ready for collection within a reasonable period.I booked my car in for a service and arrived (at 8am) on the scheduled day. I was met with a not so friendly greeting. I wasn't expecting champagne and a red carpet, but just a smile and/or 'Hello' would have been nice. Perhaps my prior 'additional information' request that if possible I could have the car back by 11.15am had something to do with it; perhaps not!!!I also asked them to look at and if possible repair the hinges on my offside rear door. They made a note of my request and said that I would be called when the vehicle was ready for collection. Well, I waited...and waited...and waited. Finally, I received a call a 4.20pm - coincidentally just enough time for me to get there before their 5pm closing time.No word concerning what exactly had been done and no repaired door.Maybe the fact that their contract is with my organisation rather than directly with means there is no requirement to engage with me whatsoever.All in all, a not so good experience!!!

When I went to get my car fixed 40 days ago because my car was smoking when I was turning it on and it kept making weird noises, I've told them I thought it was the injector of the car you guys told me that there needs to be a diagnostic of the car and you would tell me what problem the car has. After 3 days I went to the garage and you've told me that the car needs to have changed the spark plugs and that it costs £352. After they've changed them the car works worse than before.

Absolutely fantastic service. Booked in for an mot, all staff was so friendly and polite. The lady on the desk was extremely helpful and welcoming. Very clean, tidy and professional reception and waiting area. I felt very confident with leaving them with my vehicle. Great, honest, trustworthy and reliable garage. Highly recommended.

Having had our motorhome MOTed here we had an advisory for an oil leak. Booked it in for further investigation to find that unfortunately there was oil leaking onto the cambelt so advised not to drive it until we knew what the problem was. The vehicle is under warranty with the dealer we bought it from so needed to be transported to there. Not having a clue how to move forward and who to contact to move it for us Nigel spoke to his contacts and got the vehicle transported to the selling dealer. I feel that this was over and above what most garages would do. Really appreciated their professionalism and all their help. I am really pleased with the service I received from the team at Windsor garage this morning. They explained everything to me, they were kind and proactive in finding a resolution to my problem. As someone who works in the community they understood the Importance of needing the use of my car. This is now my go to garage.

just from my experience I had Very Poor Customer Service as they put business first and then customer service second. I only asked for a mechanic to see my windscreen as it was a second MOT test I wanted which takes literally 10 seconds lol. If would pass they would have had MOT and a Repair Payment of £500-£700 and on Top a Customer for many many years. They were losing my appointment which the receptionist kept saying to me so I don't understand why he won't let mechanic see my van for 10 seconds and it all don't make sense.

The most honest garage I have ever been to. The team have always done their best to get me back on the road as quickly as possible. Great value and customer service!
