St Helens Hospital : Gynaecology

Cancel your appointment that you have been waiting for, for months. Because I need to be seen by the consultant before I can have a camera to see what the problem is. Even though theyve already done the consultation 3 times now over the last 2 years the consultant they have put me with I made a complaint about 2 years ago because he blamed it on me being too skinny and being rude and insulting me. I made a complaint and nothing was done about it and they have put me with the same consultant again. I am now into the 10th time of ringing the practise to speak with a manager and the phone keeps getting picked up and put down again not even a hello.I will be seeking legal action because this is neglect now and i have had enough of being passed from pillar to post.Messed about again and got brought to tears because again communication is not their strong point and can’t book things when I’m available. I’m now taking legal action cause you clearly don’t care. I’ve left voicemail after voicemail and been ignored but yet they’re booking me in for dates that I can’t do and nobody is helping or responding I’m getting really annoyed so now sueing
