Did not use directly but my sellers used Convey Us and they’re customer service was amazing. Prompt, transparent and professional at all times and for this reason I was able to complete on time. My own solicitors made the matter worse so really appreciated their quick turnaround!

We’re currently using this firm and they provide an Awful service. They Don’t answer emails or return calls. They Never provide updates we’re always the ones to contact them and quite often they haven’t done anything since we last contacted them. They don’t check documents properly. It’s an awful experience. There is no reason for this lack of support and service. If you can, use someone else.
