Hands down the worst shopping experience I have ever had... I'm not even like this as a person, for me to go out of my way to target a store is the same probability as winning lotto, but honestly the service here was 0/10. Let me paint a picture for you : Myself and my partner came specifically to this store for their good prices - they get a 1 star for that. My partner wanted to get some new running shoes. We asked one of the workers for some help - her response this isn't my area

The girl at the counter and the supervisor were friendly but the clientele can be quite dodgy. A man with a joint that was stinking out the store just walked in front of me in the queue not caring that I was there at all. None of the security or employees seemed bothered that he had a Spliff the size of a cricket bat still smoking slightly behind his ear. Very, Very Brixton.

Please dedicate some time to train your staff how to behave while they carry out a customer face role. Today the young woman who serving customers at the till was loudly complaining that she wanted to go home. Shall we feel bad as your customers that we shop from your outlet, and we keep her busy? Does she need something more to motivate her? Or probably not the right job for her? I will leave this on you. Other than that, I always find items at your store that fit my needs and my budget.

I've ordered a pair of football boots online but they were too small so came to the shop today to see if I could replace them for a bigger size and both the gentleman in the section and the lady on the desk were very friendly and helpful. Definitely coming back, thanks!

Poor customer serviceManager rude and dismissive the Manager in shift at 17:07 can not manage conflict. When public support he throw out customer. Never spending my money again in Brixton Sports Direct - poor management unable to listen to public criticism.

Wrong location on Google maps. Will take you to a housing estate/parking area. Then when you finally find the store they have closed early.

Associates were very attentive and helpful. They were quick to assist and even went in the back to check and get all the sizes requested .... the young man at the Chelsea fan base area was exceptional. He walked up to me and asked what I wanted and got it for me. Very nice experience overall.
