Great gym with well knowledgable coaches but shower facilities are Cold. This place has NO HOT WATER so you either have to risk getting ill from showing directly after a workout OR go home sweaty and smelly. You HAVE BEEN WARNED

Amazing gym to be in, started training here for weight loss a few months back, the boxing coaches are excellent and push you to your limits and always make sure you aren’t slacking, one focuses on fundamentals such as jabs and footwork/conditioning while the other focuses on combinations and conditioning allowing variation to the training. Sparring is also amazing and the coach is always giving constructive criticism on how to get better.

Very overcrowded and bad facilities. Also it’s a scam as when you sign up for a monthly membership they won’t let you leave until you’ve completed 12 payments. And they don’t mention this when you sign the contract. However the coaches are very good. It’s just too overcrowded and very unethical how they don’t let you cancel

Great gym! Excellent knowledgeable coaches in all different aspects of mixed martial arts. Very good atmosphere within the gym! Great variety of class for beginners to professional level. Get your self down to London shoot don’t hesitate!

Great first lesson. Harry is super friendly and knowledgeable when it comes boxing. I have been going boxing for a few months and knew that there were some gaps. Harry helped me identify my weaknesses and created a workout schedule to strengthen my technical abilities. Really looking forward to the next class!

Its good for begginer practitioners, for someone advanced I'd suggest to look for another gym , there isn't much space to work on your own things , it's a small gym and not alot of equipment, also it's packed with people , place does smell but you get use to it .

Great club and team. I mainly train Bjj and all the coaches are high level black. The place could do with a face lift but otherwise is a great place to learn new skills.

Great atmosphere and Great people. I am a coach myself and I can honestly say the coaches in this gym inspire me and I have nothing but admiration for the dedication they have to their craft. The people at the gym are welcoming and friendly and the level of training and knowledge is second to none.

Such an amazing team with impressive athletes and top level coaching. All of the classes are really great, from the cardio intensive striking to the wrestling and grappling. My only regret is not joining sooner!
