Had a flat tyre near Dingwall on Thursday afternoon, Couple of nearest tyre places didn't have the tyre. The guys here booked me in Friday afternoon, and within half an hour of my appointment I was on my way back to Birmingham. Brilliant friendly service!

Iain and Conner were so helpful - I came in late on a Saturday in quite a panic after my exhaust back box came loose whilst driving. They calmed me down and explained everything in detail (in words I understand!) they fitted me in for the next available appointment and fixed it within an hour of me arriving. I cannot stress enough how amazing they were - I don’t know much about cars and can get very panicked when something happens but I came away with a smile on my face - 10/10!

The team here are brilliant! They got me in at a moments notice and fixed the issue in a matter of minutes, for an urgent problem with the under carriage. I cannot thank them enough, I would highly recommend!

I wish I could give over 5 stars!! I was in a rental car on a solo roadtrip through Scotland when I noticed one of my tires needed repairing. I desperately needed a new tire and was very stressed because it was late in the day and majority of shops were closed for the weekend. I stopped into Kwikfit and explained my situation to the 3 men working. The men at Kwikfit were so kind to me! They changed the tire for me and made it so I was able to get safely back on the road. Chris, the manager, went above and beyond to help me out! I am so grateful for them helping me through such a stressful situation!!

Wow these lads at Millburn Road were soooooo helpful.I arrived yesterday earlier than my appointment . I wasnt feeling great after radiotherapy and asked if there was any chance they could fix the slow puncture on my Fiat car if they had any available time as i needed to get home before it was dark .No problem at all and they did slot me in earlier . It ended up as a leaky valve . They are so honest .They didnt try and fob me off saying i needed a new tyre etc etc.I got offered muffins.I felt so relaxed, safe and looked after . Thank you so much .

The lads were brilliant. Great service, as I expected. Tons of respect for the workers at Millburn Road. The tyre was sorted and I could get back to Edinburgh that night. Very pleased.

Ian his colleague were extremely helpful and should considered an asset to the business. Other similar depots in Inverness were almost ignorant when I approached looking for help. Customer service at its best and with a smile. Keep it up boys.
