It is the first time I am in this shop in Connswater. The shop had a good size and a good variety of products. Regarding quality it depends on what you buy. Don't expect to find the best brands on clothing and equipment. For the quality of products I find it somehow expensive and I don't believe the discounts on label are real. That's why I givr less stars

Staff gave me the impression that they didnt want customer's in the shop,that it was too much hassle for them, management must feel the same to allow this. Imho

Great shop for trainers. Although smaller than the average sports direct store they still have a large selection of trainers.

Got a reasonable bargain in Nike trainers here in this jumbled emporium. The assistant was very helpful & friendly.

Their in store delivery is a joke, things take so long to arrive, Store then says the stuff is out the back and the manager has not sorted it yet... I'll get an email saying when it's ready.. I ask how long will it take, could he 2 weeks" came the reply... I rang asking for a refund.. Was told I needed to wait until they received the goods back from the store... Which they keep for 4 weeks before returning ffs...Avoid at all costs... Oh and this is applicable to house of fraser and usc because they are all the same company... Same warehouses"

Wee bit of staff training won't go a miss here, if you have weekend staff or part-time staff you should ensure that the regular staff keep them updated and not use that as excuse for price mix ups
