React Boiler Repair

The technicians arrived promptly and quickly diagnosed and fixed the fault with our boiler within an hour or so of me contacting them. Excellent service...they also fixed a problem with our sink when they spotted a problem with it at no extra charge. I would definitely recommend them!

I called React and explained my Baxi boiler had a fan error code showing. React came and within 15 minutes confirmed the fan needed replacing and suggested I call Baxi to fix it. £180 charge due, no negotiation. I had agreed the £180 charge before the visit but given React knew the fan was the issue before coming (and had a good idea what model the boiler was from the picture I sent), I do not really think they were ever going to add much for their £180 charge. May as well always just call the manufacturer?

Arrived on time, detailed check up on boiler, hot water supply, smoke alarm and carbon monoxide alarms. Enjoyed working with technician in today’s check up. Would recommend!

I called React yesterday afternoon with potential boiler issue and needed it servicing too. He came round next day, sorted the issue with no extra charge. So many trades people would take advantage in a situation like this. Also helped sort a balancing issue with radiator temperatures. Great job and will definitely use again.

They came promptly and communicated really well. They diagnosed the problem with our boiler quickly but it was a major issue that would need a very expensive repair or a new boiler. I really appreciate that they stayed around to help us find our way to the best option to solve this even though it was bigger than the normal fixing that they do. Honest, responsive and reliable.

Imran was not only meticulous with his checking of our gas fire, but managed to make even me understand the ins and outs of how the contraption worked. He ran multiple safety tests and reassured me that everything was up to date. Couldn’t recommend this business anymore, so good.

Well I had been literally freezing for 4 days and had in truth tried to get hold of the heating engineer who had installed my system without any lick. Imran was brilliant when I called him. He managed my expectations letting me know at the latest when he would be able to come to assess the problem and potentially the earliest. It was lovely to hear from him that same evening and as promised he called me 30 mins in advance to let me know he could come.It was clear he knew what he was doing. He got my boiler working properly and talking to the app I use to manage heating in the different rooms.I had in truth worried about the call out charge which includes an hours labour to try and get things going. I'm sure Imran was here for more than an hour and didn't charge me any more. He made sure everything was tested and checked before he left.Inman will be my first port of call in future if I ever have any more problems with my heating or boiler.Thanks Inman

Used a couple of times now for property I let out. Very responsive in the call-out, liaises with tenant well and transparent in any charges/fees and work required/undertaken.Will continue to use for let property and personal!
