Starbucks Coffee
This felt like a quieter, more laid back, even sleepier Starbucks experience compared to what I am normally used to. I don't know if that's because of the sunny, warm day I visited. Still, Headington is your prime chance of a Starbucks experience in Oxford (the one branch remaining in the city centre appears to be takeaway only). This branch in Headington is a suitably pleasant environment and atmosphere.

I would give none if possible. I was with my baby girl sleeping in the buggy, and there was no queue or something. I had a woman in front of me talking with 3 staff at one of the tills, and I was behind her waiting to be served.The staff just kept chatting with her and completely ignored me, despite other tills next to us were free.After around 5 minutes, one staff asked me if I’m ok, I said yes pointing I want to order, then she just ignored me and continued conversation with the others.This was so unprofessional and disrespectful.. I can not believe that such people are allowed to be at the till, where customer service is top priority.For this, I ll never walk in the Starbucks from Headington again.

They often mess up my order if it's even slightly customized using the app. One time they forgot the whipped cream (which has an additional cost). Another time they gave me a cold drink when I ordered hot. Finally, they always give me takeaway even when I select Eat in" in the app (maybe to save washing?)."

I am a regular customer of this coffee shop with a slightly awkward order, but the staff here are always happy to go the extra mile for me every time. Although this place can get busy, I can usually find somewhere to sit and work. There is a big table at the back which is great if you plan on meeting as a group.

We ordered delivery from this Starbucks. There was an Indian lady I spoke with. She was so kind and nice. She even called me back to double check something about the order just to be sure it was right. My sister said every time they go in there they have an amazing experience because of how kind this lady is. Having kind staff really changes everything.
