It’s been exactly 11 months since our parents memorial was installed. & it’s still breathtaking!Michael was extremely caring and took time out of his busy schedule to post the paperwork (emails were delayed, technology!!) through the letterbox though we weren’t local. Ours was a bespoke choice so it took A LOT of time, approval emails, amendments & Ofc the price.Thank you to Michael & Julien and the entire team involved in making our parents tribute so spectacularly special.A truly fitting tribute to our beloved parents memory.With best wishes and every blessing,Robin, Nicola, Alfred & family.

From the very first time entering their office to choose memorial we were looked after by the most loveliest staff who helped us choose a suitable headstone and lettering and then dealt with the somewhat difficult cemetery office in Kent for us. We were really shocked that the stone was ready and sited in just a few weeks as it had to be erected in Kent by Micheal who went above and beyond to do this for us.When we managed to go and visit the grave ourselves we were so very happy when we saw our beautiful little headstone glowing in the sunshine and finally we have a proper memorial for our loved one. It was absolutely perfect and just what we hoped for.We can’t thank everyone at Maynard Memorials enough and highly recommend them.

What can I say about this family run company . Reasonable prices .Excellent service from start to finish . Highly recommend .On a personal note you need to know from when you walk through their door you will be looked after .Michael the owner sits with you , takes the time to ask about your loved one , offers you support emotionally while you talk .Helps with your ideas , if you want something other than what is standard in their catalogue they make sure it happens .The time you wait for the finished stone goes by so quickly. With a phone call or email away you are able to call anytime to enquire on progress .Finally the day comes for the stone to be placed on the grave .Julian & Liam who do this are so sympathetic to your loved one , the care is shown in their work . Fantastic guys .Lastly Lynsey in the office never too busy for you and keeps you in the loop constantly . Thank you everyone .

An old-fashioned" business in the best sense of the phrase - friendly and welcoming

Michael Maynard has been extremely helpful to Burton Latimer Heritage Society, providing us with a cleaner for an old date stone and advising us on its use. We are very grateful to him for his prompt response and expert knowledge

We recently asked Maynard Memorials to provide a headstone for my Father in Law's grave and to renovate the adjacent 70 year old grave of his Brother in Law. As we live a couple of hundred miles away we relied on Julien at Maynards to understand and execute our wishes. My Mother in Law on being taken to the completed graves was extremely pleased with the results. The service, communication and end product was excellent and I would certainly recommend Maynard Memorials.

Cannot praise this company enough. They have been so helpful when North Northants were being difficult to deal with. Lynsey has kept us updated on when the memorial was ready to when the permit was granted and when it would be added to the headstone already there. A compassionate company and very reasonable charges. I would definitely recommend them.Thank you for all your help.

Having never dealt with a headstone before I was nervous about the whole experience but Maynard’s were absolutely outstanding. They helped me with the initial decisions in a very professional way and having now completed the stone I have to say that the craftsmanship was superb and I am delighted with the final outcome. I can't recommend Maynard Memorials highly enough. My Grandparents' headstone was erected in 1964 and had never been cleaned. It looked in a very sorry state. Earlier this year I employed Maynard Memorials to clean it and I and my family can't believe the result! It's like new and the broken/missing lettering has been fixed too! This is a very professional, caring company and Jules did an excellent job bringing our headstone back to its former glory. The price was very reasonable too. Maynards offered an efficient service, I am delighted with the cleaning of my son's headstone. I live abroad and find it very difficult these days to get over. Maynards were helpful, kind and they listened to my requirements. I can't praise them enough.
