Please remember to take a picture of your phone in advance when repairing your phone at this store, and ask them to open it for you when you pick it up. Because after my phone was sent to this shop for repair, they couldn't fix it and they broke the screen of the phone, but they shied the blame and said it was broken when I gave it to him. Liars will eventually be punished.

I have never written a bad review but here goes;After happily buyin g a small flip phone from here- I was initially very happy. However, After finding out it wouldn't read my Sim Card, I went back in to get some help. I was told that my sim card was dead, and broken, and that I'd need to buy another sim card from them.I decided to visit Tesco, (as I have a contract with them for my sim). The phone experts at Tesco immediately realised something was wrong, and told me that my sim card was OKAY! But that the phone I was sold was sold to me locked. I was told this was illegal, but that it's done a lot with stores that just want to make quick money.It's a shame because I wanted to trust a small business, but I've been let down, and I'll never return.
