I paid extra to have the dentist and not hygienist clean my teeth. The appointment was rushed, my teeth were not better than before and the assistant also had the audacity to cut corners by not using enough suplies. I didn't even have the mouth wash on the side table. What is happening at this clinic?! Owners are changing every year so as the service quality. The new owners were not professional and are even cutting cost by not givingthe appropriate care for the ridiculous price that we pay. I will not go back again and there are cheaper and better service offered by other dentists.

I had an excellent experience at East Finchley Smiles dental office. The dental service provided by Dr. Laura was top-notch with great attention to detail and patience. I was impressed by the professionalism of Dr. Laura Silver and her team. The receptionist, Ms. Ida, was kind and courteous and made me feel welcome from the moment I stepped into the office. Both my mum and I had good experiences at East Finchley Smiles. The receptionist, Ida, was helpful with booking the appointments. She also explained everything especially the prices in detail. The dentist, Dr. Silver, did the check-up for us carefully. She also cleaned our teeth with patience especially when she did this for my mum who always made strange noise due to the sensitive teeth. A very good dental clinic and I will highly recommend to everyone.

Broke a tooth and smiles gave me an appointment for the next day. I’d had a bad experience with a previous dentist that day but Ida the receptionist was excellent and got me an appointment quickly and the dentist was brilliant really took his time and were extremely welcoming to my 3 yr old who sat in on the appointment The outcome for my tooth is so much better now . The awful dentist I saw in central London assured me I would lose the tooth. I will be making smiles our regular go to family dentist and the price was so reasonable compared to other dentists.

Because of media misinformation I was wrongly under the impression that it was almost impossible to get a dentist appointment and imagine my surprise that I was able to get one within a few days.The staff at Smiles East Finchley were superb from the receptionist to the actual dentist who kept me informed about my treatment and the possible outcome if my tooth extraction was difficult to remove.I was relieved to receive both pros and cons which really assured me and the aftercare info was excellent.As it happened my tooth was removed successfully without the need for hospitalisation and my sincere thanks goes to all the members of Smiles.

They exhibited a perfect blend of professionalism and warmth, a balance that is often hard to strike in healthcare settings.I must add that the hygienist also showed exceptional empathy and patience in answering all my queries. They took the time to give me helpful advice about my dental health, ensuring that I left with a clear understanding of how to take care of my teeth and gums in between visits.While I'm immensely pleased with the dental hygienist's work, I would be remiss not to mention the star who orchestrates the entire clinic's operations with grace and efficiency - the receptionist, Ida. Ida's welcoming personality, combined with her diligence and professionalism, adds a unique charm to my visit.Her attention to detail and commitment to patient satisfaction are truly commendable. We had a wonderful experience at East Finchley Smiles! All staff and dental professionals were friendly and great! They made us feel comfortable all throughout especially with the kids! Highly recommend!

Very welcoming and accommodating practice, also with children. Have had quite a lot of treatment here over the last 10 years - fillings and crowns, both NHS and private - and always had good service, with clear explanations, and (for private treatment) what seem like fairly standard, reasonable prices.

I went in to book an appt to re cement my crown as a new NHS patient,The receptionist mentioned that I can be seen on the same day at 10:20 today and you have to pay £30 deposit.The next 5 minutes my wife called to cancel my appointment and he said is not refundable which I wasn’t aware of it.This is really unfairI would like to have my refund because i didn’t want to go ahead.
