Very unprofessional, I got my passport photos done unprofessionally and they didn’t want to do it again saying that we weren’t coming to them even we had receipt. Saying that customer is lying! Very disappointed, rude especially lady with blonde hair and glasses.

I had a lovely experience here this week. I'd gotten 2 special photographs designed on Etsy to give as presents. I went into Snappy Snaps looking for frames to go with them, only to discover that my pictures were A5 and they don't make frames that size. Karan was very helpful and explained that if I chose frames I liked, they could re-size the photographs to fit them. He helped me choose beautiful frames for the photos, and when I went back the next day to collect them I couldn't have been happier. The photographs look stunning - Megan did a great job resizing them - and they go so well with the frames. I appreciate how helpful they were and am thrilled with the results.

This store is super friendly and helpful when it comes to developing disposable pictures.I had a small issue but two members of staff, Reece and Karan, were keen to resolve this and did so promptly!I highly recommend this store, and would like to thank them for their excellent care towards customers like myself.

Was served by an extremely pleasant, welcoming member of staff who has only been there a week named Showaib. Went over and beyond and customer service skills were brilliant. Not very pleased with 2 of his colleages who were very miserable and not all customer orientated. They should really be spoken to by management and should brush up on there customer service skills. We visited the Hounslow store and Kate provided us with an extremely professional service. Her insights in helping us with developing and printing our photographs were just superb; the end results were more than what we expected. Thank you once again Kate; we will definitely recommend and wouldn't hesitate to use their services again.

I visit Snappy Snaps yesterday to do passport photo for my baby. It's a first baby passport. I was thinking when I will go to professional store I will get professional picture, but unfortunately I'm not happy with that picture. I was served by blond lady(shame I don't know the name) She was not really nice. It was busy there but I don't care I'm customer pay money and expecting to have good customer service. She was in a rush. She put the pillow on the floor on the middle of the shop. The pillow was really dirty(yellow) I ask her do you like me to put my baby on that dirty pillow?She said to me: It's better on the pillow like on the floor...If you want you can put something from your buggy.I did put my little blanket.She done the picture in 10 seconds, showing me Quick. She chose the photo. But I really don't like it.I will do better for my self with my phone.Unprofessional customer service, unprofessional photos. spend £14.99 and not happy about my baby photo.Still have the recipe.

A few days ago I visited the shop to make a Polish passport photos. I was very pleased with service from one of the girls which knew Polish language very well and she supported me in all the best way, very professional service and it was pleasure to deal. Five stars service. Thanks a lot and well done.
