Bryan is amazing! So knowledgeable and very professional.My iPad Air stopped powering on when it wasn’t even 13 months old. It was 2 weeks out of apple warranty.Apple couldn’t send it for repair as it was a hardware issue but Bryan was able to investigate it, get root cause and fix it.Outstanding service. Highly recommended.

I asked Bryan about repairing my kids Quest 2 charging port. He was extremely professional, helpful and very responsive. The price I was quoted seemed very fair when compared to other repair services and the Quest was fixed and turned round extremely quickly even with Bryan conducting further repairs at no extra cost. My item was then sent back to me, fully insured, within a couple days. Service and quality is obviously something that Bryan prides himself on and it showed in spades. I won’t go anywhere else now! Thanks again Bryan, two very happy kids here!!

Recommend CloseCallsPro to anyone looking for repairs or to but any refurbished items.Had some terrible experiences at high street repairers in the past but you get a 1st class job with Bryan. Our kids and us have had quite a few perfect repairs done and bought a fab refurbished iphone. Wouldn't go anywhere else.

2nd time I’ve used Bryan and once again excellent service. He informed me of the problem he found and the cost of repair before going ahead with the repair and it was great communication throughout.Always been a quick turnaround and I highly recommended Closecalls Pro I’d never go anywhere now.

Bryan is excellent at fixing issues with phones, iPads etc. He has fixed 2 phones and an IPad for me, all with cracked screens or technical issues and not had any problems since. Would highly recommend him to everyone
