Thr techician sent was unable to complete the job as a part was unavailable and he asked me to order a part and said he would come to fix it as it is a2 minute job once the part comes and the charges of first visit would include fitting the part once it arrives. This conversation is recorded by meBizarrely he insisted that I pay for his parking charges £ 9. I reluctantly did this after some debate as I have a small baby at home and did not want to wake him up the baby. The invoice sent to me is complete fraud as it invoices for a part for £ 9 .He has not used any part for the job but billed me for his parking and fraudulently puts it on a receipt as a part and applies VAT.Complete misrepresentation of terms of service and of charges and I would give a zero star rating if such an option was available.All customers be vigilant and do not believe any false promises made by them.Suggest to use other providers .

I needed to have power added so we can install a ceiling fan. juya called me to verify exactly what it was we were looking to have done and once he knew all the details he gave me a price which I agreed to. I set up my appointment and Stefan showed up on time, looked at the area to be worked on, got his tools and got right to work. We asked if he can do a 2nd bedroom which he called his home office to verify if it was possible and it was. He completed both bedrooms in less than 2 hours!! I will definitely be using them again soon!
