Been having problems getting a two faults fixed on my car so decided to take it to a bmw specialist, EliteBM assured me they could fix these issues so booked it in with them and asked them to do a couple of other jobs on it while it was there. When I dropped the car off I told them to take their time “if it takes two weeks it takes two weeks” but to them this obviously meant they wouldn’t even look at it for two and a half weeks saying they were busy, (why take it in when they did then) They then had a rush job on their hands as I had enough and needed the car for work, they done the other jobs and to their credit done them well however they never fixed the two main problems they assured me they would before booking it in (either beyond their capabilities or they couldn’t be bothered). The long and short of it is I payed them over a thousand pounds lost two weeks wages and I still can’t use the car.Utter waste of time and a lot of money, over £2400 it has cost me in total

Cost: 35% less than BMW main dealer & 20% less than another indy for a major service. Not to mention air-vent replacement AND courtesy car [included in the price]. Thanks to Simon with the 5* service.

Bm elite took in my 530D for a abs pump issue, fixed the same day, even gave me a courtesy car, pricing is fair for what they do, staff are spot on, I’ll happily recommend these guys to anyone

Top guys. Brilliant service. Very knowledgeable being ex bmw mechanics. These guys managed to revive my car to its former glory and for a very good price. Highly recommend these guys if you own a bmw and don’t want to get robbed by the dealer or other garages.
