Ain't got a clue. 5 times this year they messed up my orders. Txt to say it's there. Then it's not. Staff seem to lack competence. Theory of mind. And empathy. Have no idea why your annoyed.. Send you on wild goose chases for your stuff... And how dare you be mad about it... I order from Argos a lot, for business and pleasure. Never had a problem with any other branch. Just the bilston one!

Not happy with the service. I had checked online and it had said that I can return my item within 30 days if I'm not happy with it. I went to the store and even showed them proof on their website about their policy and rules and yet they still did not allow me to return my item. What a joke!! They don't even know their own policy and rules

Probably the slowest Argos I’ve used, and I’ve used many across the country. Under staffed, and take too long with each customer. Was waiting for 10 mins with only 3 people in front of me. Productivity needs to be prioritised.

Thank you for the refund on our bread maker which went faulty .The lady was very help full and efficient .We would have liked a have had a replacement but they was out of stock. I have aways found Bilston branch IST class customer service.Regards Lloyd .

There must have been a change of staff since or maybe the rude staff (from other reviews) weren't working today. I had a great experience with the staff, they were chatty, positive and kind. This Argos were very Covid-aware and stuck to the rules of social distancing and on top of this service was pretty fast. Just so everyone is aware their contact less is not working so hand sanitiser your bank card after if needs must.
