Been using this groomers for years with my dog. Now they have moved to Ripponden, i travel from Bradford. Excellent service, really pleased with the quality of the grooming. My dog always looks fabulous afterwards.

Took Barney to Elegant Paws today and he looks and smells so nice. He had a lovely time so much so he didn't want to leave. It was his 1st time so we were a little concerned how he would react. No need he was looked after so well and am sure he is looking forward to next time

Not the best first customer experience - Had a booked appointment and they didn’t not have the decency to call and advise that they had closed for the day or re-arrange appointment, ended up travelling half a hour arrived at the premises to then to our suprise they were closed. Can only assume it was due to the snow however Not much of an excuse as the snow was passable as we travelled half and hour to attend our appointment. But most of all it’s the principle of curtesy to customers and making them aware of any cancellation. Wouldn’t recommend waste of time.
