Helpful staff. Professional attitude. Products as described. Provided advice on options for passport photos, including fact that they conduct a pre check that the photos meet the requirements prior to sending off, plus a code and memory stick so can upload or apply directly.

Gary at Tesco Extra Dover Max Spielmann is one of the kindest people I’ve ever met. He phoned me to let me know my choice of photo wasn’t fitting to what I wanted so I went into the store where he was patient and kind enough to show me how to redo it and created my bauble within 40 minutes. He was extremely busy but still had a smile on his face and was happy to help. He is a credit to your company.

Just had to say that the staff at Max Spielmann based in Tesco , Dover are superb. They are extremely professional , provided excellent customer care. They checked that the passport photo met the necessary criteria. We would like to express our thanks to Michelle for providing much needed light hearted relief .
