I read the reviews and so visited these toilets.9 am in the morning.They were open and so I entered, expecting. Freshly cleaned, toilets.Ready for the days visitors.Locals, tourists and like myself, a visiting boat owner.I was totally disgusted at what I found.Filthy basins, floors and cubicals.All areas were covered in used tissues and filth.The cubicals had been used for heavy drug use.Foil, water bottles and tissue paper every where.Not one area or cubical was fit for purpose.I have never seen anything like it in my 59 years.I was unable to use any part of these premises.Royal Windsor?????Should be ashamed of its self.David Burgess8/08/17

The toilets were free and in working order.Lovely pictures on the tiles.Unfortunately, not clean.

Visited Windsor today. Used the Riverside ladies loo twice during our visit. Not a very pleasant experience. 4 cubicles fenced off out of action. Rest of toilets need a good clean as smelling of ‘wee’. No toilet roll in the cubicle dispensers. No paper towels. It’s the start of the school holidays and Windsor is a popular tourist attraction. Everything needs a good clean. Says there is a male attendant. Where is he? The toilets are free but it’s the only thing going for them.

I was shocked by how clean and presentable these public toilets were. Knocking off a star since you have to walk up some stairs to reach the gents. Other councils should take note from here.

Public toilets, near museum. Large toilets. Clean. Down steps to underground. Nice to see such clean public toilets that are also free to use.
