Awful.Placed an order for 3 items. The day before she was full of excuses but didn't cancel. Then ignored me for 24hrs. Finally got through and she said she wouldn't have time to do them.Poor excuse for a business. I'm so cross I've been let down as I'd ordered gifts as birthday presents. I wouldn't use this business and I certainly wouldn't recommend it. Really unprofessional.
