Excellent experience from initial enquiry to receiving the finished product. We had specific requirements which meant a few tweaks were needed at different stages of the ordering process, but Sue and the team were always patient, prompt and professional in all correspondence. This was our first experience using Better Print and they have been great. Sue and Laura were very helpful and couldn't have done more for us as we progressed through the ordering and delivery process. There was a slight issue with our order and they helped me through the root cause (2 different printing methods) and agreed to replace the whole batch. Excellent customer service and generally very happy with the product.
