A wonderful community - so friendly and accomodating. I stayed here back in March and couldn't ask for anything more, I learnt so much about community lifestyle, gardening and ways of being more sustainable - thank you Crabapple/Berrington Hall :-)

Rundown and run poorly. A lot of the building and site is in disrepair despite residents paying a substantial rent to the 'co-op'. Intolerant of travellers and people who live in vehicles. They advertise a social community of fun, fires, family and parties but truth and ideals of this 'cooperative' are far from this. Not worth putting any time in here it is not appreciated or reciprocated! What potential this place had...

They advertise themselves as a thriving community, however the opposite is true. A struggling, decrepit, millstone inhabited by ideologically driven control freaks. What a wasted opportunity. Do not be persuaded by their idyllic" pictures

Dog unfriendly. Even suggest people leave them in their vehicles during the summer months instead of allowing them into the festival. When a dog dies maybe something will be done about this place.
