Ilfracombe & Woolacombe Golf Range

Always a great place to enjoy a few hours on the pitch and put or knock a few balls on the range. Need to be accurate as it's easy to lose some balls on the first five holes as the hedges are very close to the greens.

We have been here many times over the years to play table tennis whilst on holiday. The lady has always been extremly helpful and friendly. We look forward to seeing you in a couple of weeks

We went to the golf range for the 18 hole pitch and putt on a sunny Wednesday afternoon. The woman there was very friendly & accommodating even though it took us a while to get around the course (what with me being a beginner and my partner chucking balls into the long grass at every opportunity).The course was good & easy to follow, with some bits of long grass on the side to make it interesting.All in all a great way to spend an afternoon. Recommend to any beginners. Thanks again for the friendly welcome.

Absolutely amazing people at this place. We were due to arrive and have a game of pitch and putt. I messaged ahead as its out of season to see if they were open. The people there asked what time and would open for us. Unfortunately at due to an unfortunate accident, we didn't make it to them and I also forget to message. About an hour after we were due to arrive, we had a message asking if we were still coming. What great service. I apologised but would like to go back later in the week. Thank you for being so understanding..

Visited this place Sunday 17 April with two grandsons for pitch & putt. Had checked website which said £6 for seniors, £10 for adult. They tried to avoid the £6 until shown the picture on website.1 ball for each player. Then to the fields. Grass cannot have been mown for LONG time. Even uf you kept to the “fairways” good chance of losing the ball. Only inches either side and ball just sank into long grass.I know it is pitch & putt but what should be the green were a bad joke. Absolutely no effort made to cut grass/ create a puttable surfaceFrankly it defies belief they actually are open / take people’smoneyOn returning the clubs, I questioned how they could possibly call it pitch & putt. No apology- told not their fault as mowers broken . Must have been broken a long while agoBest they stop taking people’s money until they mend the mowers snd USE them

Good place for beginners or anyone looking for a casual golf experience. Reasonable prices and can hire golf clubs for very cheap. The lady in the shop was very friendly and we ended up spending an hour and a half on the driving range and had great fun! Great way to spend a couple of hours with family!

A great facility, great staff but the winner for me is the ability to go up there and practice off the grass. I don't use the range but your allowed to go to the side. Obviously you've got to replace the divots or it would get damage quickly. A gun pitch and putt I sometimes take my boys to.
